Our facility is centered around Battenfeld compounding technology. The business has decades of knowledge and experience of compounding using this technology, and has benefited from the versatility and consistency this technology offers.

The Battenfeld compounding lines allow a the full range of rigid and flexible PVC compounds to be produced all the way from crystal to highly filled grades. Standardising on this equipment allows the customer to enjoy consistent gelation of the compound no matter what line it is ran on, and allows Eagley the benefit of standardised operator training and commonality of maintenance and spares. Prior to compounding, our mixing process begins at the development stage when charge weights are optimised to ensure mixing vortex is achieved, ensuring we build quality and consistency into the product from the outset.

The business is commited to ensure excess capacity is always bult in to the growth plans with 12,000t being installed in the 1st phase.
