Our eagaVIN range includes all our rigid PVC compounds for extrusion and injection moulding. Extrusion grades cover general profiles, window systems, electrical conduits, trunking, pipes, sheets and furniture edging. Skin/Capstock options support roofing products and multilayer pipes. Injection moulding grades suit building products, trunking accessories, connectors, pipe fittings and bottles.
All eagaVIN compounds can be customised for colour or crystal tint, specific SG requirements, and enhanced with additives for impact strength, fire performance, anti-fungal properties and other technical needs.

Our eagaFLEX range of products covers all our flexible PVC compounds for extruded and injection moulded products. Extruson compounds include applications such as general-purpose profiles, cables, hoses and tubing.
Injection moulding compounds are available for footwear, grommets and a wide range of general-purpose moulding applications. All products in our eagaFLEX range can be specifically formulated to a required colour or crystal tint, to meet a specific SG, and can also include additives to meet specific technical criteria such as fire performance, oil and fuel resistivity, anti-fungal and other properties.

Our eagaSEAL range of products covers our flexible PVC compounds for window profile gaskets. These compounds have been specifically formulated to neet the demanding specifications for static and dynamic window profile gaskets. Static gaskets are used for weather sealing glazing units to window profiles.
Dynamic gaskets are used to weather seal doors and windows during repeated cycles of opening and closing. All of these gasket compounds are available in a range of BS softness and SG to suit the customers needs. They can be formulated to achieve various levels of compression set / dynamic recovery and can include additives to prevent fungal growth.

Our eagaFREEZE range of products covers our rigid and flexible freeze and purging compounds. They are all are formulated with superior static stability to withstand long periods of elevated temperatures. The rheology can be formulated to achieve variations levels of gelation from ‘crumb’ to ‘well gelled’.
